A sequel to Kiyosaki’s best seller Rich Dad Poor Dad, this book enables readers to perceive how their role in the world of money lends them vis-a-vis the ability to becoming financially free. An insightful expose on those people who work less and earn more, this book is a must have for anyone who cares about money which is everyone. Summary Of The Book The cashflow quadrant is essentially a grid consisting of four quadrants which in this case uses the letters ‘E’, ‘S’, ‘B’ and ‘I.’ Here ‘E’ stands for employee while ‘S’ stands for self-employed. Analogously ‘B’ stands for business owner and ‘I’ stands for investor. Kiyosaki takes this basic quadrant pattern and throws in all the concepts and ideas pertinent to each of the quadrants. By doing this, Kiyosaki achieved a clear vision as to how they related to the phenomena of taxation, incentives and entrepreneurial vision. The debate central to the theme of Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant: Guide To Financial Freedom is the one that pits individuals in a choice between security and freedom and then exhibits the finality of the consequences. Kiyosaki doesn’t stop at this debate since through the book he clarifies a number of other economic circumstances and states outcomes that range from desirable to not so desirable. Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant: Guide To Financial Freedom provides the knowhow on shifting across quadrants and finding a more suitable habitat in terms of making money. The book endorses the evolution from the industrial into the information age and places the areas of interest where potential advantages lie for those willing to take the risk. The incendiary material coupled with Kiyosaki’s incisive statements have rendered this book a treasure chest of knowledge for everyone falling into any of the quadrants. Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant: Guide To Financial Freedom has grown to become a Wall Street Journal bestseller. It promises to deliver on the necessary tools for all individuals to find their freedom financially.  About Robert T. Kiyosaki Robert Toru Kiyosaki dons many caps as an American businessman, self-help author, investor and financial activist, motivational speaker and financial commentator. He has authored over a 15 self help books all under the umbrella of the Rich Dad brand. Of these, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich Dad’s Cashflow Quadrant and Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing went on to top bestseller lists across Wall Street Journal, USA Today and New York Times. Kiyosaki was raised in Hilo, Hawaii. He enrolled in the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1969 after graduating from high school, and he served as a helicopter gunship pilot in the Vietnam war and was awarded the Air Medal for his contribution. In 1977, he started his own company which eventually went bankrupt. After a slew of successful real estate investments he launched Cashflow Technologies Inc. which undertook the operations across his Rich Dad and Cashflow brands. The Rich Dad brand went on to sell over 26 million copies of the Rich Dad Poor Dad series of books that Kiyosaki authored. With a scarcity of jobs and today's plummeting employment rate, every individual whether rich, poor or middle class is trying to find new ways and possibilities of increasing their cash inflow. How is it that some people remain debt free while others are buried in debt? This book attempts to answer such questions.

Rich Dad S Cashflow Quadrant Int is a bestseller that is aimed at teaching people, employees and self-employed alike, the importance of the role they play in the world of finance and investing. Highlighting the approach of individuals, it provides the necessary tools for upcoming business owners and entrepreneurs to double and triple their cash inflow.

Robert Kiyosaki also illustrates the improvements that need to be implemented with the change from the industrial to the information age. According to him, the mindset and approach of the employee or the self-employed needs to be creatively altered to transform into the new and improved mindset of the entrepreneur.

Rich Dad S Cashflow Quadrant Int is a guide that brings out the differences between the four classes of people in the business world: employees, the self-employed, investors and business owners. Within these sectors there are those who are financially insecure and those that are innovative. The book encourages readers to ask themselves who they are and what they need to change about themselves.
