The Yau Kung Mun martial arts has been a very highly guarded secret since it began in the Shaolin Temple and has only been introduced to the public in the past seventy years. Due to it's very deadly and aggressive fighting techniques, the masters of the past were only able to teach one disciple per generation in fear of it being used against its original purpose this being self preservaton and protection of the Shaolin Temple. So secretive was this art it became known as the “The Style With No Name”. Tit Yan being the last of the Shaolin Monks to have mastered the art searched throughout China for a suitable inheritor to pass on the style before he retired. Little was known about this secretive art until Grandmaster Ha Hon Hung decided to teach it to the public and selectively pick the pupils whom he taught its highest levels. This book gives you a look into an art that until recently was obscure to caucasions. The history and theory of the techniques taught in this publication are such that the beginner can fully understand one of the last of the Shaolin's Temple's Secrets. By training with this book and the accompany video, each section can be easily understood and practised in exact sequential order making it simple to follow. The intention of the author is to give the public a view into the most complete and deadliest martial art system known to exist to this present day.
